1. Scope and applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through our website dexilium.com, our real estate crowdlending platform, and any related services. By using our services, the user accepts the practices described in this document. This policy does not extend to third-party websites linked from our platform.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data: (a) Identification data: full name, document number (DNI/CUIT/CUIL), date of birth, nationality, and marital status. (b) Contact data: email address, phone number, home address. (c) Financial data: banking information necessary for processing investments and benefit distributions, transaction history within the platform. (d) Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, approximate geolocation data, cookies, and similar technologies. (e) Usage data: pages visited, time spent, platform interactions, investment preferences.

3. Purpose of data processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: managing user registration and accounts on the platform; processing and managing investments made through real estate crowdlending; complying with regulatory obligations before the National Securities Commission (CNV) and the Financial Information Unit (UIF); sending communications related to investment projects, platform updates, and legal notices; improving our services and user experience; preventing fraudulent activities and ensuring platform security.

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing of personal data is based on: the free, express, and informed consent of the data subject upon registering on the platform; the execution of the contractual relationship between the user and Dexilium; compliance with legal obligations, particularly the regulations of the CNV, UIF, and Law No. 25,326; Dexilium's legitimate interest in improving its services, provided that the rights of the data subject do not prevail.

5. Sharing data with third parties

Dexilium may share personal data with: financial institutions for transaction processing; regulatory bodies such as the CNV and UIF, as required by current legislation; technology service providers acting as data processors under confidentiality agreements; external auditors and legal advisors within the scope of their professional duties. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to our business.

6. Storage and security

Personal data is stored on servers located in the Argentine Republic and, when necessary for service provision, in jurisdictions with adequate levels of protection under Argentine regulations. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access control, continuous security monitoring, and periodic audits.

7. Retention period

Personal data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, once concluded, for a maximum period of 10 years in accordance with the requirements of regulations on the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing (Law No. 25,246) and CNV provisions applicable to records of financial transactions.

8. Rights of the data subject

In accordance with Law No. 25,326, the data subject has the right to: access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months; request the rectification, updating, or deletion of inaccurate or outdated data; object to the processing of their data in certain circumstances; revoke consent granted at any time. The AAIP, as the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, has the authority to handle any complaints.
